Returns & Cancellation Policy

All returns or exchanges of merchandise, or refunds of donations, must be requested within 30 days of purchase. All returns and exchanges of raffle tickets and event admission tickets must be completed one day prior to the date of the raffle draw or event. After 30 days (for merchandise) or after the date of raffle or event, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received and must also be in the original packaging. To complete returns or refunds, we require a receipt or other proof of purchase.

I understand that I am holding a spot so reservations for an event are nonrefundable. If I am unable to attend, I understand that I can transfer to a friend.
